Job focus: My key focus is all the Equipsme renewals, so I work with our customers to support them and our members during the renewals process.
Experience: I’ve been working in the insurance industry for more than 20 years - and started working in health insurance when I joined Equipsme 5 years ago.
What does a typical day look like for you? I help businesses understand their employee engagement, plan all their renewal activity, and raise employee awareness with webinars, literature and comms campaigns.
What’s the best bit about your job? I enjoy working with businesses to make sure they (and their employees) are getting the best from their Equipsme plan. I particularly enjoy getting out and about face-to-face with members to hear how Equipsme is working for them, and to remind them what else their plan can do.
