We’re really pleased to announce that at the end of June we won a Highly Commended Award in the Best Health and Wellbeing Innovator category of the Corporate Advisor Awards.
The judges marked us out for our innovations this year on price, product and proof:
- Price – how we’ve kept our prices sustainable and widened the footprint of health insurance, insuring the uninsured for the first time.
- Product – fast-track services that focus on early intervention, and map to the top reasons for sickness absence in the workplace.
- Proof – our ground-breaking Return on Investment whitepaper, calculating the industry’s first ever ROI figure and helping Financial Directors and Boards build a stronger business case for health benefits.
The Corporate Advisor Awards recognise excellence among advisers and providers in the workplace pensions and benefits sector.
Attending the ceremony at the Hilton Bankside in London was our own Distribution Director Gavin Shay.
Gavin said: “Thank you to all the judges who recognised our innovative and unique approach to health insurance benefits. We believe health insurance shouldn’t just be reserved for senior management as an executive perk. It should also work for the wider uninsured workforce – which is exactly why we built something different, from scratch.
“At Equipsme, we continue to innovate to bring health back-up to different kinds of businesses - and to people who might never have thought they’d have access to private healthcare.
“We’re a cost-effective alternative to traditional PMI. And we’re helping businesses across the UK to attract and retain top talent at all levels, improve employee engagement, boost productivity, and reduce sickness absence.
“Now we also come with a highly commended thumbs up from a pretty prestigious publication.
“I’m incredibly proud that Equipsme not only stands up alongside the likes of overall winners BUPA, but that we stand out in such a busy and thriving market.”
