- Top calls to the GP line are around MSK issues, ear, nose and throat issues (including coughs and colds), skin conditions, urology and gastroenterology conditions – reflecting some of the most common reasons for sickness absence.
- 40% : MSK conditions represented c40 percent of claims last year. Other top claims include skin conditions, ear, nose and throat issues, abdominal conditions and cysts/lumps.
Impact of Equipsme plans
