How do I know if I’m eligible?
You definitely are. Whatever Equipsme plan you’re on – you get AXA Health gym perks with it.
How do I get the discount?
All you need to do is log in to Equipsme using our online portal or app and click ‘Your Plan’. Take note of your AXA Health Membership Number (it is 7 digits and a letter) and quote it when you sign up to whichever gym offer you’re interested in.

They do on the Nuffield deal! Partners and spouses of Equipsme members can get a 20% discount on their gym membership.
