What is the elder care support discount?

How to access elder care discounts
Click on the Elder care support services icon on your App or portal. You’ll find links to the dedicated Equipsme web page, a free phone number and your discount code.
What is elder care support?
Elder care support includes things like personal, wearable alarms that can either be pressed if someone is in distress, or automatically sense something like a fall. Alarms are connected to a 24/7 emergency response team, who are trained to deal with issues, and bring in family members or emergency services where needed.

Our elder care support discount is available to all Equipsme members.
Who delivers elder care support for Equipsme?
We’re working with Which? recommended providers Taking Care, who’ve already supported more than ¼ of a million people and their families with personal alarms for seniors.
What discount can I get?
As an Equipsme member, you can get £40 off the set-up cost of a personal alarm and a 30-day money back guarantee. You also receive 3 months free in the first year when you pay annually by Direct Debit.
